Your role as a pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Alvesta

In May 2026, we will open a brand new Kronans Apotek in Alvesta (hooray! 🎈) and we are now looking for you who want to be part of building the pharmacy from the ground up with us. Curious? - then scroll down! ⬇️

Alvesta is a small town with about 20,000 inhabitants, located where the Southern Main Line (Malmö–Stockholm) meets the Coast to Coast Line (Gothenburg–Kalmar/Karlskrona). The town has a strong local business community and all the services needed. The pharmacy will be established next to a newly built Willys, in a modern and vibrant environment. The location is close to the central station and right in a growing residential area. The team will consist of about five employees, both pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, who work together to create a safe, professional, and warm atmosphere.

As a pharmacist with us, your daily work will be varied. You will work with everything from advice and sales of medicines and self-care products to inventory management, campaigns, quality work, and development.

The preliminary opening hours for the pharmacy are Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00 and Saturday and Sunday 10:00–15:00, but these may be adjusted when we are fully operational. Start date by agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. To thrive in the role, we believe you have a genuine interest in helping customers achieve good medication use and better health. We also believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
